Our Approach to Early Learning

Age Groups and Care
We operate from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:30 pm. These long daycare hours have been designed to meet the needs of busy working families. We cater to children from six weeks to five years of age with individual age groups: infant care, toddler care, and kindergarten-aged children. Care plans are developed for each age group, taking into consideration specific developmental stages and individual needs.
Typical Daily Routine
When you arrive at the centre for your child, they will be settled, relaxed, and welcomed into our group. Throughout the day, your child will engage in structured and unstructured activities and play, including learning-based activities and outdoor playtime. During meal and rest times, your child will have the opportunity to rest, recharge, and then wind down before an afternoon of relaxing and playing until it's time to go home again.
Meals and Nutrition
We provide nutritious meals and snacks for children to ensure they have fuel for the entire day. Our childcare centre accommodates individual dietary needs and allergies, ensuring that each child can safely enjoy mealtimes.
Government Support
We understand that childcare can be a costly expense; there are options to access assistance through the government Child Care Subsidy (which helps to reduce your out-of-pocket costs). Please enquire with our administration staff regarding eligibility and how to claim any available support.

Starting in 2023, all children in Victoria who are 3 and 4 years old can access Free Kinder. This is available at both standalone (sessional) kindergartens and long day care (childcare) centres. This means families will save up to $2,500 per child each year
